Nora Moreno Cargie
President – Point32Health Foundation
Vice President, Corporate Citizenship – Point32Health

Nora leads the Foundation’s work with communities to support, advocate and advance healthier lives for everyone. As vice president of corporate citizenship, Nora works with leadership to leverage the health plan’s business practices, products, services and community engagement strategies, including corporate sponsorships and employee volunteerism, to make our communities stronger.

Before joining Tufts Health Plan, Nora served as the director of global corporate citizenship for The Boeing Company, where she led corporate citizenship efforts at Boeing’s Chicago office using philanthropy, volunteerism and other strategies to address community issues and concerns. While at Boeing, she was appointed to serve as chief of staff to the Superintendent of the Chicago Public Schools, making her Boeing's first loaned executive in Chicago.

Nora also served as vice president of communications and development for the Illinois Action for Children, deputy communications director for Barack Obama’s U.S. senate campaign in 2004, deputy commissioner for the Mayor's Office of Workforce Development in Chicago, communications director for the Chicago Park District, assistant commissioner of the Chicago Department of Human Services, and acting press secretary/public relations manager for the Chicago Public Schools.

Nora serves on the Governor's Council to Address Aging in Massachusetts, the board of Wholesome Wave, the Executive Forum for Boston College’s Center for Corporate Citizenship and the Elder Stakeholders Group of the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs. Nora is a 2015 alum of LeadBoston, an experiential leadership program focusing on socially responsible leadership with an emphasis on how Boston works, and trends and issues that have an impact on the city's social and economic vitality.

Her bachelor’s degree is from Columbia College Chicago and she earned a master’s degree from North Park University.
 

Clarisse.pngClarisse Beauvais
Corporate Citizenship Specialist

Clarisse supports Corporate Citizenship efforts including colleague giving and volunteerism. In her previous role as associate program specialist at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Foundation, she managed the Disaster Relief program and helped plan and support all major Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Foundation service day events. 
 
Prior to her work at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Foundation, Clarisse helped bring technology into schools and non-profits while leading the Employee Giving and Volunteering program in the Northeast area at Microsoft.
 
Outside of Clarisse’s work with the Foundation, she is a dance instructor, teaching tap, jazz, and ballet to youth and adults.

Director, Communications and Stakeholder Engagement

Alrie leads communications for the Foundation, Corporate Citizenship program, and stakeholder engagement, creating opportunities for the Foundation to learn from community, and community organizations to learn from each other.

Alrie came to the Foundation from FSG, an international, mission-driven consulting firm, where she was associate director of strategic communications. In this role, she oversaw content marketing strategy; managed design and development of reports, infographics, and video; and developed campaign communications strategies. Alrie also spent more than a decade with the American Cancer Society in California and Massachusetts. Alrie graduated from The Catholic University of America with a bachelor's degree in public communication. A certified Reframing Aging facilitator, she works locally, regionally and nationally to help nonprofit organizations, businesses and government agencies communicate more effectively on aging, ageism and issues important to older people.

Office Manager

Regina supports the Foundation president and coordinates all administrative functions of the Foundation team. Regina joined the team in August 2016 after working in Tufts Health Plan's Corporate and Legal Departments. Previously she worked as a legal executive assistant for the law firm of Brown Rudnick and a finance coordinator for GenPower Services, LLC. She brings over 25 years of administrative, legal, and finance experience to the team. Regina holds an associate’s degree from Aquinas College.

Corporate Citizenship Specialist

Anne supports Corporate Citizenship programs including colleague giving, volunteerism, and sponsorships. Previously she was executive assistant to former Tufts Health Plan President and CEO James Roosevelt Jr. for more than 13 years. Her background includes event and office management experience. Anne graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree in business management and a certificate in human resources.

Director, Community Investments

Phillip leads grantmaking strategies and our work with communities.

Before working at the Foundation, Phillip was program director at Community Catalyst, Inc., a national advocacy organization which builds consumer participation in the health care system. There he directed the Roadmaps to Health Community Grants program funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Phillip also worked as director of grantmaking for the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Foundation where he was directly involved in the implementation of Massachusetts’ 2006 health care reform law.

An active volunteer, Phillip has received numerous awards for his community service and leadership. In 2010 he was part of the inaugural cohort for the Terrance Keenan Institute for Emerging Leaders in Health Philanthropy supported by Grantmakers in Health. He holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont.
 


Aaron.pngAaron Johnson
Communications Specialist

Aaron helps manage communications for the Foundation and Corporate Citizenship, driving colleague engagement, supporting grant communications and leading media production initiatives.
 
Aaron previously served as associate program specialist at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Foundation where he facilitated employee engagement and volunteerism across the organization, managing the Community Spirit Mini-Grant program and leading internal communications. Aaron also serves on the leadership team of Point32Health's Young Professionals Network Colleague Resource Group.
 
Prior to joining the Foundation, Aaron worked for national nonprofit Good Sports, Inc. where he managed corporate partnership donation events across the United States. In his free time, Aaron works as a professional voice over artist out of his Boston-based recording studio. He completed his certificate in corporate citizenship practice from the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship in 2021 and earned his Master’s of Science in Communication from Clark University in 2016.

Director, Corporate Citizenship

Stacey heads Point32Health’s Corporate Citizenship strategies, which include colleague giving, volunteering and nonprofit board service; annual signature programs such as Volunteer Week, the Walk to End Alzheimer’s and #GivingTuesday; and leadership of a cross-functional team to support enterprise-wide sponsorships.

In her first role at the Foundation, Stacey spearheaded communications and was instrumental in planning, building and operationalizing Corporate Citizenship, which as a function did not exist at Tufts Health Plan, and is now locally and nationally recognized.

Before her work with us, Stacey spent more than 15 years in public relations. Most recently she was executive vice president for Greenough Communications, where she managed account services, media relations, social media and content development programs. Stacey graduated from Tufts University with a bachelor's degree in economics and earned her certificate in corporate citizenship management from the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship. Stacey is an alumnus of the 2016 class of LeadBoston, a socially responsible leadership program through YW Boston.
 


Henny.pngHenocson (Henny) Mulatre
Manager, Corporate Citizenship

Henny helps lead Corporate Citizenship strategy and implementation across the organization. In his previous role, Henny managed Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Foundation's employee service and giving initiatives, promoting and implementing colleague volunteer opportunities and fund-raising for philanthropic causes, helping Harvard Pilgrim to build healthier communities and be a good corporate citizen.
 
Henny previously spent nearly two years managing the grant portfolio for the Foundation’s Healthy Food Fund. Prior to joining Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Foundation, Henny was Program Manager for City Year New Hampshire and was a Corps Member from August 2011 to June 2012. Henny completed his certificate in corporate citizenship practice from the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship in 2021 and earned a bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of South Florida.

 

CaitlinCaitlin Sullivan
Program Officer

Caitlin helps manage the Foundation's grant portfolio and strategy. She provides communication, research and technical support to grant partners and other key Foundation initiatives and is passionate about bridging community needs with corporate resources. In addition, Caitlin serves on the leadership team of Point32Health’s Young Professional Network, a Colleague Resource Group, and is a member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston’s Friends Council.

In her previous role, Caitlin worked on the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Foundation’s Service and Giving team, leading and developing innovative volunteer programs that inspired and mobilized employees to give back to the community in meaningful ways. Prior to her work with the Foundation, Caitlin coordinated service and educational opportunities for students in Baltimore through Loyola University Maryland’s Center for Community Service and Justice. She earned a bachelor's degree in Communications from Loyola University Maryland.
