Support for the mobile food pantry program, combined with nutrition education and materials in Spanish. A total of 30 older adults from urban neighborhoods will receive services and a senior hunger drive is expected to yield 10,000 pounds of food for the pantry. Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Foundation grant.

A program of Catholic Charities New Hampshire, Manchester. Provides food and transportation assistance to older adults and people with disabilities in the greater Manchester and greater Nashua region. Tufts Health Plan Foundation grant.

A statewide organization that provides support, including adaptive technologies for distance learning, for people who are blind or visually impaired to achieve independence and lead fulfilling lives. Recommended by Parallel, the disability advocates BRG. Tufts Health Plan Foundation grant.

Planning grant to support research and plan strategies for systems change that improves programs and services for older adults experiencing vision loss.

Needs Assessment: To conduct a needs assessment in the Greater New Haven area to identify service needs and gaps for grandparents who care for grandchildren or other relatives. A Momentum Fund grant for early-stage age-friendly and/or dementia-friendly work. Tufts Health Plan Foundation grant.

Strengthen regional food security response efforts across the Monadnock region. Funds support general operations including staff salaries, volunteer management, communications and distribution.
